Eric van Leuven is Chairman of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
Eric van Leuven was born in The Netherlands but has lived and worked in Portugal since 1982. He has been the Managing Partner of international real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield in Portugal since 1991. He is also a member of the firm's EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Board and Chairman of C&W's operations in Central Europe (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania).
Eric van Leuven was elected Chairman of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber in September 2009 and is responsible - among other - for the co-ordination of the Board of Directors, as well as the bi-lateral and institutional relations of the Chamber.

Mrs. Marjon van Dinther de Utra Machado

Marjon van Dinther is Director of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
Marjon started her career in Amsterdam as a business analyst at a financial holding of several large international insurance companies, after finishing her Economics degree at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 1992.
She was recruited by the Portuguese partner, Millenniumbcp bank, and worked in the insurance company of the group - Ocidental Seguros - for 3 years (marketing, planning & development, CRM).
Since 1998, she exercises the function of Director of the Chamber and has been responsible - among other - for the development and strategy changes turning a subsidized association into a sustainable private organization.
 Deputy Director
Mr. João Ferreira dos Santos Moitas

João Moitas is Deputy Director of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
João Moitas started his career as an Officer in the Portuguese Air Force and was based in Mozambique and Angola. During his time abroad, he simultaneously exercised functions at Unilever and was involved in the import, sales and market research of dairy products.
He joined the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in 1987 and has been responsible - among other - for the entry, expansion and setting up of many Dutch companies, as well as the organization of trade missions and fairs in both countries.

Mr. Lennaert Scholten

Lennaert Scholten is Project Manager of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
Lennaert has a Dutch University degree in Theater studies and also studied Portuguese at Master level at the Universities of Lisbon, Coimbra and Utrecht. Lennaert worked in several countries, among which Brazil, France and Israel before moving to Portugal in 2006.
He joined the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in May 2007 and by being multilingual, a computer expert and very dedicated has proved to be a pleasant team member of the Chamber's team and an attentive intermediairy for our Members and Clients.
