In this document you find an overview of the many marketing and promotional tools the Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce can offer you to promote your services or products to a wide audience of potential business partners.
They can be divided into three groups: Corporate Membership, Media Exposure and Events.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Put your company into the spotlight by becoming a Corporate Member of the Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
As a Corporate Member you will receive the following benefits:
- Logo of the company and link in our website.
- Name of the company and link in our bi-weekly newsletter.
- Name of the company published in all our external communications, e.g. our correspondence, new member information pack, invitations etc.
- Logo of the company on a panel that is exposed in the events organized by CCPH (i.e. business lunches, business drinks, golf tournament).
- Lunch in the name of the company with two seats at the “table of honour”. Possibility of choosing the speaker (with the approval of the Chamber) and distributing promotional material.
- Seat at the “table of honour” during regular lunches (when possible and paid separately).
- Guest at events organized by the Embassy in the scope of the Chamber activities.
MEDIA EXPOSURE
CCPH Newsletter
The CCPH Newsletter is our electronic mailing, sent out bi-weekly to 1.500 email addresses of Dutch/Portuguese companies and other foreign companies/institutions with connections to both countries.
You can choose between header publicity in the center column of the Newsletter or lateral publicity in the left column of our newsletter.
As a member you are entitled to publish strategic news free of charge in our newsletter. You can send your strategic news to: office@ccph.pt. We will publish the news in our newsletter, whereby we edit the news to fit in our Members’ News section of the newsletter.

Members' Directory
In 2006 the first edition of our Members' directory in book-form was published. Not only does this directory give you all the contact information regarding our members, it also gives members the opportunity to present themselves and their business to the other members of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
We continue with this extra service to our members and will publish an updated version of the directory every year, since we believe this directory assists in expanding your business network.
The Members' Directory presents an excellent opportunity for your company to promote itself and it furthermore enables you to develop effective member to member marketing by offering and promoting special advantages to other members.

Be part of our new and improved website and promote your company by presenting you services and products not only to our members but also in addition to our website visitors.
There are many promotion tools available to maximize the exposure of your company to our extended network of members and clients.

EVENTS
An excellent way of promoting your company’s services or products is by sponsoring one of our many networking events. These events are commonly organised in collaboration with other bilateral Chambers of Commerce in Portugal so they represent not only an international setting but also an extended and interesting network of business contacts in the Portuguese business society.
We organize the following events:
Business Drinks
Every month you have the opportunity to promote your services and products in one of the informal business drinks the Chamber organizes in Lisbon and in Porto for its members and contacts. The entrance is free. Other European Chambers of Commerce are also invited to participate together with their members. For more information on conditions and prices please contact: office@ccph.pt.
Golf Tournament
A European golf tournament is organized annually in collaboration with the British and the French Chamber of Commerce at the golf court of Praia d’El Rey in Óbidos. The golf tournament event normally takes place in September and has proven to offer an excellent opportunity to extend and strengthen your network in an informal wonderful setting. Business Lunches
Monthly business lunches are being organized for members of the Chamber with important speakers from political, business or other interesting areas. These lunches are often organized in collaboration with other bilateral Chambers of Commerce.
The sponsorship entitles you to two seats at the “table of honour”, your logo in the mailing sent out, your company being mentioned in our newsletter and on the website events calendar and you have the possibility to hand out promotional material during the lunch.

Anniversary Dinner
With great pleasure we celebrate the anniversary of the Chamber every year. In 2006 we celebrated our 21st anniversary in the beautiful “Quinta da Encosta” in Sassoerias, The theme in 2006 was the PALOP countries and many organizations collaborated in the event such as Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, ONG’s and other institutions related to the PALOP countries. We could count on about 200 people to commemorate the rich history of the Chamber with us.
For companies this is a great event to invite their clients and employees to a beautiful night out in a business environment.
