Join us for our next General Assembly to participate actively in our Association and make your voice heard. The meeting will take place in Lisbon in the Tourism School near Rato, R. Saraiva de Carvalho 41, on the 30th of March from 11h30 (first call) and 12h00 (second call).

Afterwards a lunch with speaker André Miranda will take place. André is the founder of start-up Musiversal, winner of the "Most Promising Startup of the Year" at the Websummit in 2022. Unfortunately this lunch is fully booked already, so if you haven't registered yet we look forward to seeing you at a next occasion.

CONVOCATION

The Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit association, established and existing under the laws of Portugal, headquartered at Av. Infante Santo, 43 - 5º, in Lisbon (“CCPH”), comes, under the terms of Articles 13/1 and 15 / items i), ii) and v) of its Statutes, convene all its associates for the ordinary meeting of its General Assembly.

Accordingly, the meeting will take place, on March 30, 2023, at 11:30 am GMT, with the following agenda:

I. Appreciation and voting on the Balance Sheet, Report and Accounts of the Executive Board and the Opinion of the Fiscal Council, referring to the year of 2022;

II. Approval of the Activity Plan and Budget for 2023

III. Alteration of authorised signatures for banking purposes
