It's that time of year again! We are pleased to invite you to join us at the inclusive restaurant "É uma Mesa" on December 7th as we celebrate an early Christmas lunch! We are very pleased our Honorary Chairwoman Ambassador Margriet Leemhuis will join us, also for the guided URBAN ART TOUR before lunch.

URBAN ART TOUR & LUNCH IN BAIRRO PADRE CRUZ

An inspiring guided tour will be given by Marta Mateus, who took the initiative to improve the social neighborhood of Bairro Padre Cruz via impressive and artistic murals. Afterwards, we will have a Xmas lunch in the inclusive restaurant in the neighborhood which is run by the association CRESCER which provides community intervention for & with excluded and vulnerable groups. What better way to get ready for the holiday season than fraternizing and celebrate!

• Please assemble in time at Centro Cultural de Carnide (Rua Rio de Cávado 3, Bairro Padre Cruz)
• 11:00-12:30  URBAN ART TOUR
• 12:30-14:30  Lunch at the inclusive restaurant “É uma mesa” of the organization CRESCER, an inclusive restaurant that employs homeless people.

FEES

Lunch (including tour) for members will be 30€ + 23% VAT (36,9€). Members are allowed to bring guests (guests pay 35€ + 23% VAT=43,05€).

Get your company table with a logo and make it a special event for your colleagues and clients. 20% will revert to the Crescer Assocation.

We encourage you all to dress for the occasion wearing something funny in the color orange!

The menu will be based on Italian cuisine:

Couvert:        Focaccia with Flavored Butter
Starter:          Bruschetta with Tomato, Olives & Basil
Main Course: Parmeggiana Eggplant with Diospiros Salad & Caramelized Almonds
Dessert:         Red Fruit Pannacotta

PARKING

Parking is available on the streets in the neighbourhood.

NOTES

The number of participants is limited to 45 in total and will be attributed on a first paid, first-served basis. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know no later than 12h00 2nd of December. Refunds are only in place for written cancellations up to 72 hours before the event. During the event pictures and videos may be taken as part of our yearly X-mas wishes to be sent. Please inform us of any objections you may have beforehand in appearing present.
