Executive students of our member TIAS Business School visit Lisbon
Yesterday, marked the commencement of the executive students' international study trip of our member TIAS School for Business and Society. We welcomed the cohort on Sunday evening with a delightful welcome dinner in one of the charming gardens of Principe Real.
The programme began with an opening session led by our executive director, Marjon van Dinther, followed by an engaging presentation and discussion with university professor and commentator Aline Hall de Beuvink. This facilitated a fascinating exchange of perspectives on Portugal, including insights from a young Portuguese viewpoint by our colleague António Varela Cid.
The aim of this study week is to understand differences in business culture and international management.
A special note of gratitude to our board member Leendert Verschoor and his colleagues of PwC Portugal for graciously hosting the event in their offices and the magnificent Sottomayor Palace.
