“Taking on the management of Air France-KLM in Portugal and Spain is a great honor, considering the challenges that have arised given that the COVID-19 crisis accelerated the sector's transformation. Despite all the turmoil the industry is facing, Air France-KLM maintains a strong focus on providing the best service as it develops its sustainability commitments. I will support the team in Portugal and Spain to ensure that the expectations of our customers and partners are met when they continue to fly with us.”
