On the 26th of March, the Chamber held its annual General Assembly in Lisbon, hosted at the headquarters of GS1 Portugal, followed by a standing lunch and guided tour of its facilities. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to GS1 Portugal for kindly welcoming us to their impressive campus at Lumiar.
This globally recognized organization, responsible for the barcode system used on products worldwide, provided a unique and insightful setting for this year’s meeting. After the General Assembly, participants had the opportunity to enjoy a short guided tour of GS1’s innovative installations, which proved to be both informative and surprising
A special thanks to lawyer Leonor Van Lelyveld of Miranda Law firm for chairing the meeting, our auditors BDO, our fiscal committee, our Treasurer and accounting firm Xisconta for the great work they did in elaborating the Annual Report and budget.
An overview was provided of the new members who joined in 2025,events, the approval of the Balance Sheet, Report and Accounts for the 2025 financial year, as well as the Activity Plan and Budget for 2026.
