Vitor Silva is a seasoned Sales Consultant at our member Qonqord Iberica – a WoodWing Company, based in Porto, Portugal, with over 30 years of professional experience in the IT sector.
His expertise spans software and web development, database and systems implementation and administration, graphic design, and IT support. Throughout his career, he has led processes and teams in both local and international environments, driving business goals, strengthening organizational structures, and implementing transformative changes across diverse industries.
Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at Qonqord Iberica since December 2019, he provides sales support to the Portuguese and Spanish markets, working closely with clients and partners to deliver digital publishing solutions tailored to regional needs.
As the newly appointed Liaison Officer in the North of Portugal for the Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, Vitor is the right person for the role due to his deep-rooted presence in Porto, extensive network, proven track record in leading cross-functional teams on international projects, and specialized knowledge in digital publishing solutions—making him ideally positioned to bridge Dutch and Portuguese businesses in tech, media, and innovation sectors.
