We are pleased to welcome Lisbeyond as a new Gold Member of the Dutch Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
Founded by Portuguese and Dutch entrepreneurs, Lisbeyond has built a strong presence in Portugal’s real estate market by offering end-to-end solutions for property owners and investors. Since launching in 2018, the company has grown from property management into a broader group that supports clients through property development, renovations and asset management across Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve.
Today, Lisbeyond works with more than 100 property owners and manages approximately 200 properties throughout Portugal, helping investors, homeowners, guests and tenants through a practical and personalised approach. Their focus on long-term partnerships and cross-border collaboration closely aligns with CCPH’s mission of connecting businesses between Portugal and the Netherlands.
What makes Lisbeyond particularly relevant to our network is its international foundation. Built by founders from both Portugal and the Netherlands, the company reflects the kind of entrepreneurial collaboration that CCPH aims to encourage, combining local market expertise with an international perspective.
